Use 1 pound ground beef, 8 oz. Brussels sprouts (trim off base and outer leaves) and 8 oz carrots. Combine in large skillet with a few ounces of water. Cook on medium heat for about 15 minutes, or until beef is cooked through and vegetables are fork tender. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
