  1. Rinse kale and remove stems. Rinse frozen vegetables (peas. green beans and butternut squash). Cut chicken into cubes. Add chicken, beef and liver to skillet with a few ounces of water. After about 10 minutes or when the meats are almost cooked, add the vegetables. Finish cooking the mixture, for another five minutes or until meats are cooked through and kale is bright green. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
