Eggs are a breakfast staple, and they can be an excellent staple for dogs too.

I include the shells for extra nutrition. But it is very important that they are well crushed, otherwise they are sharp.

I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as my dogs do.

Instructions
  1. On a microwave safe dish, rinse the squash with cool water. Break eggs into bowl and scramble a bit. Crush shell thoroughly with your hand or a fork. Add just a tablespoon or so of water. Microwave for 60 seconds. Remove from microwave, stir and return to microwave for another 60 seconds. Remove and inspect - recipe is done when egg is fully cooked. Allow to cool (you can pop it in the freezer for about 3 minutes or so if you like). Sprinkle cooked turkey in and serve in appropriate amounts for your dog's weight, nutritional needs and other considerations.
