- Comprehensive review of and feedback on your health questionnaire. This forms the base of the information we will review. I will send the questionnaire to you via email after you book your review. You can fill it out at your convenience and send it back to me.
- Comprehensive review of your dog’s current recipe or diet.
- Individual consideration of your dog’s situation and your goals and preferences
- One month of email or text support from Sarah. We can discuss your dog, your goals, your questions and concerns, and more.
- Access to 15% discount on many supplements, some of which may be incorporated into your custom made recipe – ordering and shipping direct to you from Sarah’s professional practitioner stores or other quality professional vendor
- 1 personalized sample recipe formulated to meet AAFCO standards. These are the pet food standards often used in the United States and your vet may want you to feed a diet that adheres to these standards. if you are outside of the United States or desire a different standard, I can also balance recipes to fit NRC or FEDIAF standards. This information is designed to educate, empower and inspire you to improve your dog’s diet.
