Follow Up Review for Existing Clients

This option is for current clients who have already had an initial review, and would like to follow up.

What’s included:

• Comprehensive review of and feedback on your follow up health questionnaire. I will send the questionnaire to you via email after you book your review. You can fill it out at your convenience, send it back to me with your questions, then I will review it and send it back with notes if applicable.
• Follow up phone call with Sarah (generally 10-15 minutes or so)
• One month of email or text support from Sarah
• During our time together via phone, email or text, we can discuss your dog, your goals, your questions and concerns, and more.
• Access to 15% discount on many supplements – ordering and shipping direct to you from Sarah’s professional practitioner stores or other quality professional vendor
• After you check out, I will email you to get you started
